The Okanagan has been Diana's home for over 35 years providing her with a vast knowledge of Kelowna and the valley. Diana developed a passion for real estate investment 20 years ago upon purchasing and renovating her first home in Kelowna and selling it for a profit. Since then, Diana has been investing in real estate in Canada and the US and has completed numerous real estate transactions. Naturally, becoming a Realtor® was a perfect fit for Diana and she shares her love for real estate with her clients. Diana graduated with distinction from Capilano University's Paralegal program and applied her legal education and training to an extensive career in contract negotiation and management. Diana started her career in the film industry representing production companies such as Warner Brothers, then in the defence industry managing body armour contracts for the Canadian military, RCMP and other federal agencies, to managing the procurement department for FortisBC. Diana went on to attain the Project Management Professional designation and applied this skill to residential and commercial energy conservation and infrastructure implementation projects with budgets exceeding $50M. Diana epitomizes honesty, integrity and commitment and she is well connected and well respected in the community and real estate industry. Diana's focus is client satisfaction and exceptional client care; meeting a client's needs comes first. In her spare time, Diana enjoys her family, traveling, spending time with quality people and being active. Diana is also an active member of the Board of Directors for Kelowna Women in Business.
